In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by PayPal. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your credit card or other payment information and to process and ship your order.
We do not store credit card information in our database at any time.
Contacting us about privacy questions or concerns
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on products with faulty workmanship or materials. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price, minus our cost of shipping. Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, (Original Packaging). Return shipping costs may be charged depending on the nature of the problem.
To return an item, just send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return and we'll
get back to you ASAP.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes PayPal to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Orders can not be returned if:
- The goods have been unpacked and would not be in a condition suitable for resale
- If the goods and/or the packaging are damaged through miss handling once the courier operator has released the goods.
- The goods have been used.

We are pleased to deliver your goods offshore; delivery times will be determined by individual postal services.
